I don't recall that happening at all. After all, "back then", per my recollection, not one single request for re-exam had been filed with the PTO. It wasn't even on the RADAR. And I certainly don't recall anyone being banned for mentioning it, ever.

Please support your claim or retract.

Why is it that certain posters are IMO suddenly just making things up and posting them as if true?
