My apologies. Your post that I refer to was on Valentine's Day, I believe.

As you continue your attempt to confuse the botton line, can you agree with the obvious point that the later the SEC filing, the greater the possibility of more Subsequent Events being reported? After all, if they make an unnecessary early filing, it would be rather difficult to provide any advise about an event that had not yet occurred.
