The company has been completely silent publicly for nearing 2 months. Their last public communication was a PR regarding the re-exams. They've been in communicaiton lockdown on all business issues, not just those embroiled in the MMP saga.

That will have to end on Monday, the 11th when the 10q is due. We'll get some visibility into:

• MMP Licensing
• PDSG revenues
• PDSG operational status
• etc. etc.

While the court imposed restrictions can account for some of the silence, as Laurie showed, it's clearly not a blanket gag order in that the company was able to provide the litigation update, and communicate regarding certain aspects of the process that they did. Obviously, it shouldn't impact the remaining business matters that the company engages in either. So it's apparent that they are choosing the absolute silence mode about all business matters versus a more communication friendly approach. That being said, at least the SEC Compliance requirements will provide some enlightenment for us within a week's time.

And who knows, considering they pulled in roughly $7M in MMP licensing in January, maybe there will be surprises to the upside for once. In anycase, the end, even if only temporary, of the information lockdown can be viewed as a positive, IMO.
