TPL and PTSC need

to amend their infringement claims against Acer/Barco/HTC and then once and for all...this needs to go to trial where a jury will decide if there has been willful infringement.

I hope that there will not be another secret settlement agreement but rather a win in court where the world will finally know how valuable the MMP portfolio is.
