Since we filed the complaint 4/22/2010 there has been something scheduled every month on the court calendar as follows:

May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct 2010 then

January 2011

Now there isn't anything on the court calendar until 9/2011 (further Case Mgmnt Conf)

Does it seem odd that there is such a long wait for the next calendared event, considering there had been something scheduled almost every consecutive month? Is this the court's decision or do TPL and PTSC have reasons why they would put this off for nine months?

Maybe not so unusual but it does seem odd to me.
