Robert K Nielson represents Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC as their registered agent.

If Carlton Johnson is in fact an officer of PDS, is this different from the current position he holds with PDS and if so, how is it different and why would he have been designated as an officer?

Please go to the Delaware Corp link below and type in Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC under entity name. I am not sure if this is the same Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC....if so, interesting date of incorporation in Delaware 6/2/05. If different company with same name then please excuse.
