Just want to say that the ``Moore (&Fish) Portfolio`` Patents are so

pervasive, that just about everything in your home that has a

processor is in multiple Infringment violations; also in your car.

And we are talking about 4 or 5 Infringments in one single ``system`` in

your automobile; like cruse control or windshield wipers, or ... you

name it. Now extend that concept out to commercial applications and

industrial ones as well...

In my mind it isn`t about a question of infringment, or whether TPL

will recover, but rather how PTSC fairs from the bottom line of these

future recoveries; and what we do with the cash flow we generate.
