I don't trust that our BoD would know how to capitalize on another opportunity stemming from huge licensing revenues. Their track record speaks for itself. Gloria has already admitted they made mistakes regarding M&As

Perhaps one could argue that they are EXPERTS in their ability to analyze and determine when and how much of a dividend should be paid. I would love to see another back to back announcment for a dividend.

Problem is.....we don't know what the patents are valued at in 2011, we can't say for sure how many possible infringers there are in 2011, we don't know if, when or what type of settlement will be reached with TPL and they haven't told shareholders what their business plan would be if revenues suddenly began coming in like they did 2005-2008

We should be asking the BoD the difficult questions rather than verbally abusing and banning anyone from participating on this board. As I have said before...I don't believe in banning except for posts of a threatening nature or for something obscene. I decide who to read or who to skip over....you all should do the same for yourselves and not take away my right to read someone else's post no matter what that poster has to say.
