Moore states that his complaint is a public document. I assume via pacer account. I do not see any reason why the PTSC complaint would not also be a public document. So the information is probably out there in the hands of a few who have accounts.

Before you even go there, please note that Moore is not under the same restrictions that PTSC is with respect to the Master Agreement. Until the MA is changed, I suspect PTSC wants to abide by it, to the extent that it can. Issuing a pr containing the complaint, I think might jeopardize things needlessly. IMO.
