Ok, so they (TPL) continue with the strategy of taking on the strongest first - Once they succeed, then the successively weaker will fall into line in automatic compliance.

All this takes time to build - of course there will be some uncooperatives (court time) , which I (again,) suspect will be the stronger ones.

I would also think these will be the obstacles we see whenever we fall into a new category of processor use.
