"was the 30 milliom dollar line of credit 30 million or up to 30 million?"
I don't remember the total dollar amount available to draw on, but I don't think the loan ever got to be more than a few million dollars. So I guess the answer would be "up to".
You can find the answer yourself going thru old SEC filings.
"was the 30 million dollar line 0f credit secured or unsecured?"
I would think it was secured, but not sure. Again the answer is in old SEC filings.
"was the transfer of all technology rights secured by es still secured if the credit limit was unsecured and he backed away?"
Can't make any sense of this question. Can you rephrase?
"finally with the roughly 300 million shares from this financing plan. How much actual physical money did es pull out of his wallet or was it all done by his financing through shares."
You'd have to ask ES that question for an accurate answer. My guesstimate from being here since the beginning would be ES never put out more than a few million.
Now, what does all that info get you since it's all water under the bridge. And please remember 2 things - 1) none of the current BOD was sitting on the BOD when the ES deal was formed, and 2) ES held all the cards. PTSC was deeply in debt, losing money, and needing money to stay alive. Was it a bad deal? Absolutely one-sided in ES favor. Did PTSC have a choice? My opinion is no, not if they wanted to stay alive. But you would have had to have been on the inside to know for sure.
