Unfortunately, you did not answer the question that I had asked. You state that the BOD did something wrong by allowing es to short the stock. I asked you to explain how shorting the stock would be more detrimental than es just selling some of the tens of millions of shares he had. In other words, if you think he was shorting the stock, what was he accomplishing by doing that, that he couldn't have accomplished by simply selling shares.
