Please tell me, if I have 40 million shares of this stock, why I would sell it short instead of just selling shares I own. Please tell us in as much detail as you can, how ("the board yes our board allowed es to short the stock") the BOD "allowing es" to short the stock, had a greater detrimental effect, than es just selling shares.
