<there would be no need for the one trait that a BOD is SUPPOSE to provide ... LEADERSHIP>

Well your opinion is duly noted. Just don't think many would agree that leading is more important than being qualified to lead.

In any case, I thought we were talking qualifications of a potential BoD replacement.
