There has been an influx of Personal Attacks on this message board and as such a number of you have exhausted our lenience.

The Patriot Hub is to be used to discuss Patriot Scientific related topics only. There are many new and returning investors, brokers, analysts etc. visiting this forum. Keeping the board on topic is of vital importance and beneficial to everyone.

DEROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHERS - Calling another member an idiot, clown, stupid, dumb, moron or ##x%x# for brains is strictly prohibited.

What’s been said is now behind and we feel everyone has used this as an opportunity to vent.

However if you continue belittling other posters, refer to others in disrespectful manners either directly or inferred you will be banned.

By all means, questions pertaining to the markets are completely acceptable, especially as they pertain to the Company. If someone wants to discuss the patents, or the overall markets and their potential impact (positive or negative) on Patriot, we welcome that as well.

As long as you accept that as your opinion and others are welcome to disagree and or add to that.

The bottom line is that we want posts to accomplish one of two things:

• Provide further knowledge for everybody

• Provide questions that require knowledgeable input from others

AGORACOM makes all attempts to keep the main discussion area free from personal remarks however due to the sheer size and traffic on this board this task is oftentimes a very difficult one. To aid our efforts in keeping the main discussion board clean, please make use of the violation tool and report any message which does not fall inline with our 6 rules of use.

As a HUB Leader who has earned their status on this forum, we are indebted to the amount of time and passion you put in to helping us keep our forums clean from SPAM and advertising, as well as disruptive members who have appeared from time to time. However with great duty comes great responsibility.

As such a HUB Leader, we leave many of the judgment calls to your ruling, kindly be aware that removing a message that does not contradict our rules of use, but merely goes against to what you are saying is not only counterproductive to what we have built here….(open dialogue), it is also a disservice to your investment and the massive shareholder community around you.

We firmly believe in the AGORACOM model and the numbers fail to show otherwise; hence we will not allow a small group of posters to destroy what others are trying to build - if you are never happy with either Patriot Scientific, the weather or AGORACOM, then move on - find a sunnier environment or in the case of finding another discussion forum, we invite you to find a better format than ours.

As such, we will fully enforce the AGORACOM 6 Rules of Use for the purposes of getting this forum back on track. Particularly, we will be enforcing the rule against off-topic and irrelevant discussion, which appears to be the biggest transgression of late.
