I recently went through the process, so I can attest to the fact that there is considerable handling of the data before it gets into an Agora posting.

Admittedly I only did this once, and I do not know the proces others might employ, but for my practice run, I can only see emilination of the entire date as the more likely mishap. As a matter of fact, I was taken to task for not including the date at the top of the filing, even though the date of the filing is there at the bottom.

Hence, for me it would be more likely that entire date was missing as opposed to a single digit.
