I count 12 present HUB leaders. Policing is too much work for the 12? If so, adding one more might not help much. Perhaps the number of HUB leaders is not the problem?

You make the assumption that what I find to be in violation by me would not be reversed by another HUB leader. There are many posts which I have reported as clearly in violation, which were not processed as a violation by HUB leadership.

If I can process violations w/o possible overrule by other HUB leaders, then yes, I'm all for your suggestion.
