The PS goes up .04 and all the BOD change effort seems to fade away.

I firmly believe the BOD feels the heat from Shareholders as evidenced by their actions

to defend against shareholders attempts to replace BOD members.

Let us not remove boot from neck and think they actually care about retail shareholders.

The BOD takes care of a select few and we are not on that list.

Do not become complacent, or history will certainly be repeated.

Which is they win, we lose.
