The point of this discussion, that seems to have gone astray, was whether a pr announcing that Moore, TPL and PTSC reached some agreement whould impact the pps and to what extent.

Now, if nothing else has changed, then I see validity in looking at those past pps ranges as an indicator of the future. I said that in reply to Biajj.

But unfortunately, I disagree that everything is exactly the same as those other time frames. I think there is good reason for me to think that.
