I did some digging and I`m back. The company is in firm control of majority of shares but where are their voting rights? Sounds like we are skirting issues here. This may not only be one heckuva investment, this could turn into a real bonanza. Imagine that a co. actually run by the shareholders. No wonder they got rid of the old ceo. I`ll bet they`re scurrying around trying to figure out how to get control of the shareholders. JMHO RJ
