I agree with everything you said but will add that you never know who has altier motives that are in conflict with ours. I can think of a couple of them off the top of my head who are supposed to be looking out for shareholds' interest but appear to be conflicted over that goal and their goals.

I just read now, for the most part, and try to filter out the chaff. I don't think I've posted for a year or so. And you're are correct - the documents relating to PTSC are NOT easy to comprehend nor are the court proceedings. I must admit that I lean heavily on RonRan and a couple of others for help.

I wish you well and that we all prosper but within the limits of moral and etheical rules.
