Something takes place in a courtroom involving PTSC and immediately following the pps rises. Where's the fallacy of making a connection between the two?

What you are hinting at is that it would be wrong to make a connection between a rising or falling pps for PTSC stock simply because PTSC just made a 10Q public.

Perhaps I'm misinterpeting the meaning of your latin post?
