The above leads one to think that the 148 is the only MMP patent that ARM might infringe on. And, IMO, that would be very misleading.

I believe Leckrone long ago had indicated that ARM infringes on the 584 and 749. While the 584 is hamstrung with the lost appeal, the 749 looks like it could prove a problem for ARM. You might have forgotten that ARM is a 3rd party reexam requestor for the 749. There is a reason for that.

I don't believe anything was ever said about the 148 to this day. However with the newer technologies moving to multi-core, I can see where ARMs licensed multi-core technology might well infringe on 148 as well.
