PDSGs' partnership with SRA International ?
There was supposedly a $2 Billion offer to buy out SRX.
I read a news release , from RSX, that they had been awarded a ten year contract to provide information mangement to the CDC, worth $4 Billion. Noting that RSX provides virtually all of the IM to the center, through about 40 sub-contracts....and that PDSG contributes the CDX... I'm now thinking this could be the catalyst.
For your consideration, admitting I'm not a lawyer..and that I should stick to an area of my expertise, I present my observations.
