If the intent could be to ``package the company for purchase to the highest bidder, that wold imply a relatively short assignment - less than a year or two, as a guess.

So why leave the security of a consulting firm to do that? Conversely, what advantage would it be for PTSC to hire if the intent was short-term, why not just contract with a consulting firm to accomplish the same task?

Thoughts anyone?
