If you were an attorney for the other side and you were practicing your arguments or throwing out ideas for arguments so you could develop your case would this not be a great forum. very educated people here on our patents familure with all aspects of our case. very smart move if you ask me. I would not confront his arguments at all. there are plenty of stuff if you wanted to complain on here legit.
