Perhaps you could shed some light as to your input as shareholder representative on this.

Did you support the "umbrella" strategy, representing us (the shareholders)?

Did you support the acquisition strategy, representing us (the shareholders)?

You are probably the only person who could prove or disprove optymystic's claim.
