I have enjoyed all the info you folks have shared On PTSC & the MMP portfolio, it’s the first place I come to in the am to see what the feel of this Board is toward PTSC . No More BOD in all the posts.

Right now I would say we are one Good press conference away from .25 an up. It’s been a long time since I felt this positive about future of PTSC.
