Of the 16 Million shares distributed, it appears Falk still holds about 2 Million shares.

It would be nice if our BoD felt this stock was worth purchasing on the open market with some of the money they have taken from the PTSC bank. Since they do not, they reveal that they really do know their shortcomings and inability to take this company to a higher level.

I think we all got duped when they tossed us a bone by allowing Brian as shareholder representative. Pohl was a crafty old man. We needed to get Brian on the BoD but settled for the bone. That effectively muzzled one of our best advocates.

These people are not dumb. They know how to get money for themselves. They don't seem to care about the shareholder. Suspect they look down upon the lowly shareholder.

Gloria may have been an ally and supporter at one time but judging by the virtual SHM, she is bitter and defensive. Doubt if she will put much effort into this company. The comments by CJ indicate he certainly could care less if PTSC fails. His apathy towards us is appalling.
