that is just not true. examination of our sec financials would point one to examine why the revenue picture has decreased and why are treasury has decreased. that examination would point to the ones in charge and that is the BOD. I would agree that in most companies a BOD is not the main focus....but PTSC is really just a BOD. PTSC does not make a product so PTSC's growth engine is the revenues received from licenses and the management of those license revenues. If the new investors concern is profitablity then what would your conclusion be as to why there is no profitability? posts on a message board?
