It might.

But two questions need to be answered. What would it take to accomplish it? I suspect court resolution would be necessary to bring the 584 back as a useful/profitable patent. And is the worth it? ARM designs infringe on the 749. ARM is a 3rd party 749 reexam requestor and I understand TPL has stated in the past that they infringe on the 749. Do we really need the 584?
