The questions that arise from the departure of Schrock and Mistry were mentioned to me in a private message. I just wanted to give credit to that person for posing the question, "if both directors resigned, what might the reasons be for those resignations?"

Just curious, did anyone see Mistry at the shareholder meeting last year? Don't you find it odd that the BoD never mentioned his name nor did they mention any of his efforts to bring value to shareholders in any of the filings subsequent to his election? I guess the same holds true for Schrock. What did he do for shareholders? Truly these two men deserve some credit for their efforts, after all they were paid well for those efforts, right? I'd love to know what they did for us.
