Message: @PeteLozano and Shboomer - what's your goal?

gcduck: "I know at least one of you wants to get a seat on the BoD and is trying to win supporters here, but do you really think by constantly "showing" how bad the BoD is you can hide your lack of competence and experience in this aera and therefore your lack of having a sufficient, realistic plan how to increase the value of this company?

Many others said it before (as I did, too): There's only one possibility to substantially increase the company's value = impregnable patents with a strong sales force generating ongoing, reliable income."

1. I am not interested in running for a seat.
2. Your second paragraph says enough for me. You cite "only one possibility" and this is the one the BODs have been unable to achieve for many years. However, after many years:

  • Companies STILL think our patents are not impregnable
  • PTSC does not have a strong (if any) sales force - maybe TPL does.
  • Income has been erratic not ongoing and unpredictable not reliable.

I don't put much blame on Cliff, nor some of the prior senior execs - he may well be the "1" in any "2-1" votes. Of the other two, Gloria cites her "forensic accounting" expertise but now we're claiming an acquisition misrepresented "facts". Carlton is essentially employed, I believe, by Swartz - that seems like a possible conflict but it's not for me to judge.

Less than a month ago holders of 80M+ shares showed what they felt about the BOD. I don't own 80M shares and I doubt that Pete Lozano does either.

As for "constantly" hammering the BOD.... isn't Freedom of Speech a foundation of this country - so long as it is factual (and apparently quite often when facts are ignored)?

There were 80M+ votes against each BOD member just a few weeks ago. I don't own 80M and I doubt Pete does either. I don't know if Pete is the right candidate but I believe in the philosophy that a good leader has a good grasp of the basics and surrounds him/herself with others more experienced in relevant essential skills.

For my background, I probably have the expertise and experience to look after an outfit like Crossflo - I've successfully managed several multi-million $ 'bet the company' projects and multi-cultural staff of over 100 in multiple locations and have worked in (not 'visited') 24 countries. And I still have the checklist of "what do we need to do" from when I worked with Woody and Helmut Sr as nanotronics merged into Patriot - and more note when when ShBoom was still being prototyped.

What's your background, gcduck?
