Again Pete,how do you intend on doing this??What qualifies you to do an in-depth review of the financials,market,technical personnel and all the other facets of valuing a possible acquisition or capital investment.If things are as you say they are,we need more than you have shown me.

Pappythom perhaps a better question you need to ask yourself is has the current BoD's demonstrated they are qualified to make sound decisions about the financials, acquisitions and the market? I think their record more than answers that question.
