P.S. He definately had an interest. But, according to Lecktrone, he signed his interest over to him. I think that case is still pending. Just what his interest is, if any currently exist, is yet to be determined. That was the jest of my post. That ownership issue may be forced to be determined before a ruling on these issues can be determined. At the very least, the plaintiff has to decide to retain their attorney, or move ahead without them. I see that fact as a strategic move by Mr. Moore.
