Last '336 Re-exams Rejection and Signings Thought

Happy about recent news, I'm wondering if....

The last re-exam rejection that involved a keyboard controller as an independent clock generator was so weak that it signaled to '336 infringers that it was time to deal and TPL has been busy getting such done since the last rejection in October.

I certainly hope so but then again it may be me looking for a silver lining to all the crap we've been going through.
