It sounds like you know some of the history, but I'm having a hard time following you.

Are you saying that it because PTSC was greedy that we ended up with the lopsided Master Agreement? Perhaps you could restate?

I realize that there is a good deal of history going into that agreement which might put things into a different light.

But I think all of this is missing the original point I was attempting to make. Moore certainly cared about how that master agreement was written. It matters little what Mr. Moore does. He is free to do whatever he wants. I'm sure all those exclusions pertaining to Moore were his demands. He is under very few restraints compared to PTSC.

Did he give a hoot about whether the agreement was FAIR to PTSC? Did the thought of fairness ever cross his mind? Does he now believe that it placed too much power in the hands of Leckrone w/o any oversight? Would he sign that agreement today?
