If such termination takes place because PTSC did not abide by the agreement we can pack up and go home. Game over. TPL gets everything. There is tremendous risk to doing anything that is not allowed by that agreement. Extreme caution is necessary with anything MMP related. And doesn't even consider what prohibitions the court may have imposed on both parties (TPL/PTSC).
