I'm sure I could find some stocks out there that are trading much better than PTSC whose SEC filings show results worse than PTSC's. We all know that there are more things that affect share price than just the SEC filings and the results they show.

Yeah, those things are called "prospects for the future." It's a long leap from claiming that a message board does not affect a particular stock's share price to claiming that nothing affects a stock's share price except SEC filings. Most posters who have claimed the former do not claim the latter. Only those who dismiss the former make that jump.

Here's the thing, aside from the fact that a post proclaiming "logical fact" is rife with logical fallacies. If a single message board has the power to substantially affect the price of a stock for a sustained period of time that stock is really not an investment or even a well calculated gamble. It is a pump and dump. If you believe that postings on Agora influences the price of PTSC by up to 50% (in your example), it says an awful lot about how you value PTSC.
