Message: Why doesn't PTSC play nice

with Chuck Moore. Doesn't it seem that the information we have been receiving from PTSC addresses the on going litigation with TPL, however, they always say that negotiations are on going. What does our BoD want? Without reading the complaint I suppose we just have to wait in the dark.

Let's just say that Chuck Moore wins his suit. In essence, he would get to walk away from his business agreement with TPL and with money (assuming Leckrone doesn't go BK). However and more importantly he would have his ownership of 1/2 the MMP. If you look at the team assembled at GreenArrays, there is one name on that list that I googled and found out that he was the former VP OPS at Alliacense.

Who would be in a better position to begin licensing without us? Is anyone sure that PTSC is seeking to break all ties with Leckrone or are they just looking for a better business arrangement? If Moore does win and we do settle with Leckrone do you think there will be a race between PTSC/TPL and Moore and his team to begin licensing? Which entity in that scenario would be in a better position to accept discounted fees?
