Every day the volume seems to be creeping up. Over 400K today impresses me. I think something is happening behind the scene.

If someone accumulates more than 5% of the outstanding shares what rights does that give the holder? 20 million shares at .9 is not much money these days, only 1.8 million.......... the cost of a nice house in LA or La Jolla.
