Last year, they simply reported that the directors maintained their seats....no numbers. They are under no obligation to report the actual vote tally in an 8K. Thanks to many here, I think they may now actually get it. The passage of the majority vote, no doubt sparked a nerve, but this agoracom board deserves kudo's as well.
