"TPL, in the J3 case, accused infringement of 10 claims of the 336 in at least one ARM family of microprocessors. BUT, WHAT ABOUT THE NEWER ARM and MIPS PROCESSORS USED IN BATTERY OPERATED DEVICES. Do they infringe the 336 patent???????? In my opinion they do... if they use a ring oscillator or something similar. But , I could not find info that indicated they used a ring oscillator.
This is impoertant and could raise the price of the stock. So why ignore it??? Would CM or his associates, followers have an answer???.
Could this board raise some money and check it out with IEEE pros????"
Isn't this the crux of the problem - the shareholders are reduced to considering a "whip round" (raise some money) because the BOD and PTSC Senior Management won't do what they continuously asked to do and are supposed to do?
I'd like to see Dharmesh Mistry's response to this very question, from his PAID position as Chairman of the Technology Board of PTSC. Or has he moved on (if not, why isn't he lsited at http://patriotscientific.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=42&Itemid=54 )?
