In every case when decisions were made our BOD blames the experts they hired. They hired advisors for advice on the M/A and they gave bad advice that has led to accusations of fraud that wasn't found by internal accounting proceedures, or lack there of. They hired CEO's that recommended Mergers that didn't work out. The lack of DD for CrossFlo that has led to the present court proceedings. They hired Baroni and so far that hasn't panned out. The only time they were successful in raising the share price they extended dividends to warrant holders. Then to add insult to injury blamed us for not taking advantage of this opportunity. As if their job was done by providing this temporary rise in price. If our BOD were the least bit qualified themselves they wouldn't be made fools of on so many occassions. They collectively have absolutely no talent what-so-ever, or just don't care in the least. Something is terribly wrong here, if you haven't noticed.
