Rambus was not in this position "a few years ago." Further, they weren't governed by a BOD composed of, in your words, a woman "in her 70's" whose primary attrubutes are that "she is honest and sincere and feels all of our pain" and another whose best selling point is that he is "truly trying his best."

No, Rambus was governed by a ruthless board, who IIRC was heavily invested in the company, and they led the company to aggressively pursue its IP. Some would even say almost too aggressively.

Take a look at their leadership roster. Compare it to PTSC's who even you at best characterize as a kindly grandmother and the little engine that could.

PTSC's board has failed where Rambus' succeeded. PTSC let Leckrone do what he did. They entered into an ill-advised MA and dividend to get the quick spike, which by their own admission they consider their crowning achievement at PTSC. They have since been rewarded with continued membership on an overpaying board and those whose interests they protected have made all the money off the backs of shareholders.

PTSC isn't a religion and I doubt any Higher Power cares to dabble in the affairs of a penny stock. Your faith in the devine nature of PTSC is misplaced and it is leading you to misjudge the company's leadership.
