She should not even be wasting her time ($75.00 an hour we pay her) reading this board. That is NOT what we pay her for--she should be doing the duties that she is assigned to do--and she is not. Her responses to the SH's were NOT in line even if she had been reading this board. One has to act in a responsible way if one is to be a member of a BoDof a public company. GL, ads
