It now sounds like there are others out there who feel as I, that this was not such a great shareholders meeting. I know my post was a bit harsh but like I said in my post, Brian was the only one who spoke live that sounded upset or angry with the Board and in his post on this board tonight that responded to mine he also has wondered why we have not gone after the "experts".

I will take it one step further now. We now have it on tape that this Board some of whom were there at the time the MA was signed feel the "experts" we used to advise us let us down so I feel that we might be able to find an attorney or more that would considering how obvious this M&A is one sided and Leckrone based would take our case on contingency for malpractice against the experts we probably paid a pretty penny for.

As far as Gloria and her $350 an hour or even $75 an hour it is meaningless to me as the results we have seen over the years have proven we have overpaid for her services and are still doing so.

I would like to thank Laurie for her notes and thank Brian for his anger and Ron for asking the main question of the Board if they are allowing companies to get away with not giving out information on licensing or fees paid then how do we get our share price to move up. After all folks that is why we are shareholders.

To the poster (sorry I forgot to look at the name) who asked if I thought that Leckrone was pulling strings at the meeting I will say it is my opinion and I would not be surprised if there was not an open line or two or three to Leckrone and other attorneys etc... telling these folks what to do. I have always believed that Leckrone controlled our Board especially after the last San Diego board meeting where he admitted that it was due to his lobbying that the Board got the compensation that they do now.

I do not think that Gloria was controling what the Board was saying during this meeting other then maybe she was the designated person to remind Carl to keep his opinions to himself. You could hear in the background his one or two word comments.

Okay, I really need to get my BP down but I do not see how anybody can take anything positive away from this web meeting we had today. I wish I could be more positive and maybe I am wrong in my feelings and in reality I hope I am. To those who do feel good more power to you as you will sleep well tonight and that is a good thing for anybody.
