Message: Did anyone else get the feeling that

I just returned from the gym with my husband where I was briefing him on what had been said during the meeting. I told him that I felt that Gloria jumped in at every chance. It is my opinion that her comments about making $350 an hour as a CPA compared to only $75/hr as our director was not necessary. It is my opinon that she earns $75/hr too much for her contribution in bringing value to shareholders. Her point is that no director will work for nothing. I agree, however, it is also my opinion that we could find competent board replacements who would glady work for performance based compensation only and leave their egos outside the board room.

Reasons were given for why Gloria and Carl are so important and it boils down to their history with TPL mostly. I think this is a bogus and very lame reason for keeping them on board. This very long relationship may be the reason why there has not been a settlement sooner

Big deal that the MMP is still great, yeah we know that already. When asked, not one of them would give an estimate of today's potential value of the MMP. Sitting with them were Mr. Hoge and Mr. Mark Ziebell who by the way is supposed to be an authority on license agreements and patent valuation. I could envision both attorneys running their fingers across their throats in an attempt to signal Cliff, Gloria and CJ not to speak.

Then they took that very long and seemingly eternal break, for what reason? To delete the remaining controversial questions in the que no doubt.
