For the record...

I sent in a written online question regarding whether the BOD planned to issue any Preferred Stock (ref 10-K Page 13, second para).

The verbal online response towards the end of the meeting was along the lines of "We have no intention to do so."

This is a statement to remember, as should the BOD (as is in their powers) do so, it "may reduce the value of our common stock".
