are the attorneys who are being paid. Why can't Leckrones, Moore, Flowers, Johnson, Felcyn be locked in a room somewhere without their attorneys and not let out until they reach an agreement that benefits everyone. Of course all sharp objects would have to be removed first or it could get ugly :)
